Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (also referred to as Terms of Service- TOS) are effective September 14th , 2022 upon acceptance for all users signing up on www.re-lovedluxury.com, the website (the Site) of Reloved Luxury, covering all registered domain endings, such as .com. This TOS is applicable for all users dealing with Reloved Luxury on the Site, on social media accounts, and in physical stores as long as they have signed up online. For those users, that haven’t signed up online, they will be asked to sign on this TOS on a printed copy.

By using our Site, application, and services, you confirm that you are accessing the Site and its services. Before you may use the Site, you must read all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this Terms of Service (TOS) and the Privacy Policy on our website. This TOS is effective upon acceptance. Signing up or using of any functionality of the Site makes you a user (User) and constitutes your acceptance of this TOS and all applicable laws. If this TOS conflicts with any other documents, the TOS will control for the purposes of usage of the Site.

General Terms:

From time to time Reloved Luxury may launch special promotional offers, which may or may not apply to your Reloved Luxury account. You agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions for these special offers. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such sections. The laws of the United Arab Emirates will govern this TOS and the relationship between you and Reloved Luxury. The failure of Reloved Luxury to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Reloved Luxury does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of this TOS. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this TOS, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this TOS. This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Reloved Luxury and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Reloved Luxury.

Country of Domicile:

Reloved Luxury and Site are owned and represented by Reloved Luxury Handbags and Leather Products Trading L.L.C, trade license number 1193386, having its registered office and place of business in Shop 507, Ground Floor Level, Wafi Mall, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Laws and Jurisdiction:

Terms of Service

Description of Services:

In the site, Reloved Luxury provides users with access to sales of lifestyle, fashion and luxury products and services online (the "service").

License and Site Access:

Reloved Luxury grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site and the Service. This license does not include any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another vendor or any other third party; caching, unauthorized hyperlinks to the Site and the framing of any Content available through the Site uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another party); uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware, any action that imposes or may impose (in Reloved Luxury sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Reloved Luxury’s infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by Reloved Luxury to prevent or restrict access to the Site. Any unauthorized access or use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Reloved Luxury.

Account Registration:

As part of your use of the Site, you also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Reloved Luxury has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Reloved Luxury has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify Reloved Luxury immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Reloved Luxury reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranty

All content, products, and services on the site, or obtained from a website to which the site is linked (a "linked site") are provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non- infringement, security or accuracy.

Reloved Luxury does not endorse and is not responsible for (a) the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made through the site by any party other than Reloved Luxury, (b) any content provided on linked sites or (c) the capabilities or reliability of any product or service obtained from a linked site (d) any technical or human errors that arise from software, tech, IT (Information Technology), bug, malware, virus attack, hack, not limited to these unforeseen situations which may or may not result in inaccurate content, pricing (Reloved Luxury pricing) and original retail price, description, etc.

Under no circumstance will Reloved Luxury be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained through the site or a linked site, or user's reliance on any product or service obtained from a linked site. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any opinion, advice or other content available through the site, or obtained from a linked site. Please seek the advice of professionals, as appropriate, regarding the evaluation of any specific opinion, advice, product, service, or other content.

Limitation of liability:

You expressly understand and agree that Reloved Luxury and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, franchisees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, inaccurate pricing due to human error, technical error or bug, software glitches etc., damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Reloved Luxury has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from use of the Site, content or any related services.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold Reloved Luxury (and its owners, employees, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and franchisees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this TOS, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab of Emirates, which is our country of domicile.

Electronic Communication:

When you use the Site or send emails to Reloved Luxury, you are communicating with Reloved Luxury electronically. You consent to receive communications from Reloved Luxury by phone and electronically by email, by WhatsApp, Instagram, other social media platforms, and all other possible communication channels. Reloved Luxury will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

When you use the Site or send emails to Re-loved Luxury, you are communicating with Re-loved Luxury electronically. You consent to receive communications from Re-loved Luxury electronically. Re-loved Luxury will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Access To Password Protected/Secure Areas:

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.

Modification and Notification of Changes:

Reloved Luxury reserves the right to make changes to the Site, related policies and agreements, this TOS and the Privacy Policy at any time. If Reloved Luxury makes a material modification to this TOS, it will notify you by: sending an email to the address associated with your account. Reloved Luxury is not responsible for your failure to receive an email due to the actions of your ISP or any email filtering service; therefore, you should add Reloved Luxury to the list of domains approved to send you email. Should you wish to terminate your account due to a modification to the TOS or the Privacy Policy, you may do so by sending an email with the subject line "Termination" to the following email address: info@re-lovedluxury.com. If you continue using the Site, you agree that you accept the new TOS or Privacy Policy, as relevant.

Trademarks:

The trademarks, logos, information, and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of Reloved Luxury and other parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of Reloved Luxury or such third party which may own the Marks. All information and content including any software programs available on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes. Reloved Luxury is not associated with the brands that it sells, which are a registered trademark of the respective brand owners and not of Reloved Luxury.

Procedure for Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement:

Reloved Luxury respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Reloved Luxury may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual property of a third party.

Survival of Terms After Agreement Ends:

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this TOS, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of this TOS that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on a party will survive the expiration or termination of this TOS.

Buying Terms:

This section constitutes a binding agreement between the User (hereafter within these Buying Terms "Buyer") and Reloved Luxury. Reloved Luxury is in no way associated with the brands that it sells. Buyer wishes to purchase certain items ("Item") as displayed and described on the Website, Physical Stores listed in Contact us page of the Site, or any of our social media accounts. It is Reloved Luxury’s sole discretion to display or remove the displayed item depending on its availability or non- availability. Reloved Luxury is not liable to inform or alert the Buyer before removing or adding such an item. Reloved Luxury wishes to sell its own items and Sellers’ items, subject to Buyers agreeing the following Buying terms and Terms of Service:

Buyer acknowledges that Reloved Luxury's authentication process is in-house and independent of any brand association of any kind or nature. Brands mentioned on the Site are not involved in any of the business activities conducted by Reloved Luxury including authentication of item being sold and none of the brand owners or Sellers assume or own any responsibility for any item purchased through the Site, physical store, or social media accounts.

As a courtesy to the Buyer, Reloved Luxury may or may not provide descriptions and condition description of the Item on site and through other direct or indirect, online or offline means of communications. Buyer should note that descriptions of Item are not warranties and that each Item is sold ‘as is’. It’s totally the responsibility of the Buyer to evaluate the items displayed and make their own decisions whether to buy or not based on the items’ conditions and other details. The methods of payment for a purchased Item as accepted by Reloved Luxury are communicated via Site and in stores.

Product Descriptions:

Reloved Luxury attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Reloved Luxury does not warrant that product descriptions, measurements, condition, titles, attributes, specifications, price or other content or any other information related to the product(s) are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Estimated Retail Price:

The "estimated retail price" is an estimate/ guess/ judgement based on research from the brand's main site, other competitive sites, and other sources of market data and research. The Buyer agrees that Reloved Luxury in its sole discretion will determine the "Estimated Retail Price", based on Reloved Luxury’s evaluation of the item together with its research of the past and current retail prices locally regionally, and globally. The Buyer agrees not to hold Reloved Luxury liable for any errors or inaccuracy in estimated retail price for any items listed on the Site, in physical stores, and on social media accounts.

Reloved Luxury Price:

"Reloved Luxury Price" means the decided selling price of a product, which is fully decided by Reloved Luxury at its sole discretion after the Sellers have accepted the consignment payout or cash offer for their items. We regularly check estimated retail prices against prices recently found on Reloved Luxury and other companies locally, regionally and globally. Certain products may go on promotional sale, which is determined using recent price history of the product on Reloved Luxury Site. The Buyer may choose to buy the item or not but the Buyer agrees not to contest any prices set by Reloved Luxury. The Buyer agrees to request any data on Reloved Luxury commission on any items displayed on the Site, social media accounts, and in physical stores.

With respect to items on sale on Reloved Luxury, we cannot warrant the price of an item until your order is confirmed by us. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and the refund thereof. Reloved Luxury is not liable to contact the customer for any item that is priced incorrectly.

Delivery:

Reloved Luxury do not ship the order until after we have received a confirmation from our payment service providers and banks that the Buyer’s transaction is successful and the transaction amount has been deposited in our bank account. Reloved Luxury may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, Reloved Luxury may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. Reloved Luxury is not liable for delay in orders because of Custom Duty and Customs clearances at destination. Once order is placed, the following steps will be done:

A customer service specialist at Reloved Luxury will gather and package the items mentioned in the order.

The customer service specialist will contact a last mile delivery company for orders within UAE and Bahrain or an international shipping and logistics company for customers based in all other countries.

The last mile company or international shipping company will pick up the customer orders from Reloved Luxury store within 6 to 24 business hours and take the exact shipment details and customer address and contact number to deliver the order to the customer.

For customers within UAE and Bahrain, shipment delivery will be completed within 12 to 24 business hours.

For customers in all other countries, shipment delivery will be completed with 3 to 7 business days.

In case a customer raises multiple orders online within the same day, the customer/cardholrder will be charged online for each shipment which will be mentioned in the monthly card statement. However, Reloved Luxury will consolidate all those shipments under one shipment to be delivered one time and will refund to the customer the additional shipping charges. The customer will be contacted to check their preferred payment channel for the refund and then the refund will be done.

Reloved Luxury and its website will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

Refund, Exchange, & Return:

Reloved Luxury does not accept refund, exchange or return requests by buyers once a product is sold and money is transferred to Reloved Luxury.

Warranty:

Reloved Luxury does not warrant, represent or undertake the quality of the goods and items sold. However, Reloved Luxury ensures authenticity of all items sold on its platform.

Value Added Tax (VAT):

Reloved Luxury will comply with the rules and obligations for VAT set by the Governments of all jurisdictions we do business in and will calculate the VAT % as per what the Legislation specifies. Reloved Luxury Prices are inclusive of VAT. Also for all products shipped to countries outside Relove Luxury’s home markets where we have stores (Dubai and Bahrain), registering and complying to any tax laws, duties, and VAT laws is the sole responsibility of the Buyer, all of which might be applicable at the time of importing the shipped items purchased by the Buyer through the Site. The Buyer is required and responsible to communicate transaction details, Tax invoice in compliance with VAT Decree- Law and Executive regulations.

Import & Admin Charges:

Reloved Luxury items are mostly shipped from Dubai or Bahrain. Almost all countries apply Customs duty on import of items. Hence, all international deliveries from Reloved Luxury are subject to import, customs duty, admin charges, all of which are charged to the Buyer. Also for all products shipped to countries outside Relove Luxury’s home markets where we have stores (Dubai and Bahrain), registering and complying to any tax laws, duties, and VAT laws is the sole responsibility of the Buyer, all of which might be applicable at the time of importing the shipped items purchased by the Buyer through the Site. The Buyer is required and responsible to communicate transaction details, Tax invoice in compliance with VAT Decree- Law and Executive regulations.

Authenticity:

Reloved Luxury ensures product authenticity. In some instances, Sellers may have done some modifications to the product such as adding diamond bezel to a watch. Such modifications won’t affect product authenticity. Reloved Luxury also provides authentication for handbags as a service (AED 1000/BD 100 for Hermes Bags and AED 250/BD 25 for all other brands).

Payment Method:

Reloved Luxury provides all possible payment options for our customer's convenience. Cash in store, Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, and Third-party payment services, and others. Some payment methods might be not be available for specific countries. Reloved Luxury has the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof). Reloved Luxury is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes on the website (or any portion thereof). The customer is responsible to get in touch with Reloved Luxury in order to get the payment options reactivated.

Promotional Discount Codes:

• Buyer can redeem only one voucher/promotion code/coupon against one order.
• Reloved Luxury does not allow redeeming more than one promotion/ coupon/ voucher codes for one transaction.
• Validity and offer of the coupon/ voucher/ promotion code applicable per transaction are dependent on the terms and conditions published on the promotion banner or voucher.
• Reloved Luxury reserves the right to withdraw and or amend any promotional offer without prior intimation to the buyers.
• Reloved Luxury may conduct social media competitions. Winners of such competitions are selected as specified under the terms of use of the respective competition. Reloved Luxury reserves the right to not disclose the details of the participants to the competition. The results of any such competitions and contests will not be discussed by Reloved Luxury. Reloved Luxury holds the right to not disclose any such information. The participants to such competitions do not hold the right to contest or question the results in any way.

Selling Terms:

Reloved Luxury uses a consignment method of selling which means that Seller gets paid only after the item is sold and Reloved Luxury has received the payments in total from the Buyer. For the service that Reloved Luxury provides, it charges a nominal commission fee. By agreeing to sell through Reloved Luxury through the Site, the stores, or social media accounts, the Seller is deemed to agree to pay the commission set by Reloved Luxury at its sole discretion. Reloved Luxury will take its commission from the paid price by the Buyer and transfer the rest to the Seller as per the accepted consignment payout by the Seller. Reloved Luxuy decides on its commission after careful review of each item on case by case basis. Re-loved Luxury is responsible and authorized to take all necessary steps to sell your product on in all stores and www.re-lovedluxury.com. This includes writing the descriptions, authenticating, highlighting the defects and uploading photographs, promoting the product).  

If the seller submits an item that qualifies for Reloved Luxury’s cash buy scheme, payment will be made once the item has been received and passed through the authenticity and quality control process. Reloved Luxury reserves the right to collect additional information from the seller or any other sources such as the brand store.

Submitted Content:

Reloved Luxury does not claim ownership of any materials you make available through the Site or through any other method or means. At Reloved Luxury's sole discretion, such materials may be included in the Service in whole or in part or in a modified form. By using The Site, you agree to only upload and submit your items in JPEG, GIF and PNG format. You hereby represent, warrant and covenant that the images you provide are original and you hold the rights to the images/ material/ item(s) you upload on our site. You agree not to include/ upload/ converse/ transact anything that is in any way rude, offensive, illicit and forbidden according to the law prevailing in the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates. Re-loved Luxury is not responsible for any missing belongings inside the consigned products, hence the Sellers are expected to check the products and remove any belongings before handing over the products to Re-loved Luxury.  Re-loved Luxury will take note of the condition of the products and all submitted inclusions. 

Product Location:

Once the Seller accepts the proposed quotes, Re-loved Luxury has the right to place the Seller's product in any store owned by Re-loved Luxury worldwide until the end of the agreed consignment period. At the end of the consignment period, the Seller can pick up the product from the store where it was dropped off.  If the Seller is unable to drop off or collect products, delivery or shipping charges will apply from the location to the street addresses of Re-loved Luxury stores in Bahrain and UAE. Estimated Retail Price:

The "estimated retail price" is an estimate/ guess/ judgement based on research from the brand's main site, competitive sites, and other sources of data and research. The seller agrees that Reloved Luxury in its sole discretion will determine the estimated retail price based on its evaluation. The Seller agrees not to hold Reloved Luxury liable for any errors or inaccuracy in estimated retail price for any items listed on the Site, in physical stores, and on social media accounts.

Reloved Luxury Price:

"Reloved Luxury Price" means the decided selling price of an item. The Seller agrees that Reloved Luxury will decide Reloved Luxury Price at its sole discretion after the Seller has accepted the cash or consignment offer from Reloved Luxury for each item. Certain products may go on promotional sale, which is determined using recent price history of the product on Reloved Luxury. Reloved Luxury reserves full right to sell the Seller’s item at any price at its own discretion after the Seller has agreed and accepted the cash/consignment payout. The Seller agrees not to ask Reloved Luxury for any details related to the amount of commission earned by Reloved Luxury on every item. Reloved Luxury does not apply auto discounting, hence any potential reduction on consignment payout has to be accepted by the Seller on the Site before Reloved Luxury make changes to the consignment payout.

Quotation Validity:

Reloved Luxury will provide the Seller with a suggested consignment payout for each item submitted. The item will only be listed on the Site after the quote is accepted by the Seller. Quotations are valid only for 7 days only, starting from the day of quotation.

Value Added Tax (VAT):

Reloved Luxury will comply with the rules and obligations for VAT set by the Governments of all jurisdictions we do business in and will calculate the VAT % as per what the Legislation specifies. The payout as per agreement amount refers to the amount payable to the Seller in respect of the goods and will be exclusive of VAT. This means that the VAT fee will be deducted from their agreed consignment payout. Reloved Luxury is not liable to pay the Seller and has the right to hold the payout(s) that may be due to the Seller’s non-compliance and defection as per the VAT Decree-Law applicable in the jurisdiction of business and shipping. Registering and complying to VAT law is the sole responsibility of the seller. Seller is required and responsible to communicate transaction details, Tax invoice in compliance with VAT Decree-Law and Executive regulations.

Consignment Period:

Reloved Luxury provides a 90 days or less lock-in consignment period for sellers. If the Seller decides to terminate the agreement before the end of the 3 months period, AED 200/ BHD 20 penalty charge will apply per products. At the end of the consignment period, the Seller will receive an email from Reloved Luxury confirming the end of the consignment period and requesting the client to arrange a pick from the stores at their own cost.

Commission Structure:

Reloved Luxury decides on its commission on case by case basis. The commission on items submitted will be computed and charged as per following structure:

•  The commission structure is the fees that Reloved Luxury charges to process, hold and showcase Seller item(s) on the Site. The commission structure cannot be contested or questioned by the Seller, and it is inclusive of VAT and exclusive of other eventual import & admin charges associated to the sale of the merchandise. The Seller agrees not to ask Reloved Luxury for any details related to the amount of commission earned by Reloved Luxury on every item.
• By selling with us, the Seller is acknowledging and agreeing to the commission that is due to Reloved Luxury. While committing to the pre-agreed Seller’s consignment payout, Reloved Luxury reserve full right to sell the product at any price and add any commission as its full own discretion based on market value and potential. Reloved Luxury reserve the right not to share the exact amount of the commission that was earned by Reloved Luxury. Reloved Luxury reserve the right to apply different commission rates for specific cases.

Price Reduction:

To improve item's chance to sell, Reloved Luxury will inform the Seller if any item has a chance of being sold faster based on potential buyers’ offers. Reloved Luxury will only reduce the seller’s consignment payout after it was accepted and approved through the system. Reloved Luxury does not apply auto discounting, hence any potential reduction on consignment payout has to be accepted by the Seller on the Site before Reloved Luxury make changes to the consignment payout.

Payment To The Seller:

Reloved Luxury agrees to pay the Seller the pre-approved consignment payout within 30 days from the sale of the consigned item as stated in the Terms & Conditions and once the entire amount has been received and deposited in Reloved Luxury bank account. If the product is sold on installment, the Seller will be paid once the Buyer pay all installments. 

Item Condition Standards:

Items must be clean and wearable. We inspect each item carefully to guarantee quality, authenticity and condition. Each item is categorized as Brand New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, or Fair:

• Brand New (Pristine): Item shows no signs of being used or worn and includes tags, box and dustbag, authenticity card, and at times the receipt. Item can be regifted some items may be hard to find and may be priced above average retail. Some items may be priced well and could be considered a great bargain for the Buyer.
• Excellent: Items are clearly unused, no tags are not attached but the inclusions such as authenticity card, dustbag and box may or may not be available, inclusions are mentioned in the item details. Item would be considered a great buy and potentially can be regifted.
• Very Good: Items show minor signs of wear. Items may show light signs of use on either the interior , corners of bag or item or exterior scratches on strap or hardware etc. A small discount would apply to standard resale price.
• Good: Items show moderate signs of regular lose. Handbags and accessories may show wear such as lightly worn corners or scratches. Watches may have some scratches on the dial or strap. Prices for such items are discounted.
• Fair: Item shows signs of heavy wear such as worn corners, with significant scratches or signs of use. The item is still sellable and can be owned and restored if required by the buyer. Prices for such items are normally hugely discounted.

Return of Items:

If the seller wishes to get the item(s) back during/within the applicable 90 days consignment lock- in period as applicable, the cost of return shipping, customs, and import & admin charges will be borne by them. Seller is liable to check duty rates applicable for their resident country. Re-loved Luxury will return the products to the Seller exactly the same way they were received. The Seller cannot hold Re-loved Luxury responsible for any damages highlighted at the times of handing over the products to Re-loved Luxury. Product Return due to no demand: Re-loved luxury will charge AED 80 or BHD 8  on each item at the time of return if the item didn't sell for 90 days. If the Seller submits an item and states it’s in one of the applicable selling conditions on the website but when received by Reloved Luxury found in a bad non-sellable condition, The Seller bares all costs related to the return of the item or arrange to have it collected directly.

Counterfeit Items:

Authenticity is our highest priority. We only sell authentic products that are new or used but in a sellable condition. We always request the sellers to provide us with authenticity cards, proof of purchase or receipt wherever possible. We also have vast experience in validating conformity. We are also members of several platforms that provides authenticity check. All sellers should be aware of the international Anti-Counterfeit laws and legal action will be taken in cases where the seller does not conform with our terms and conditions and with such violations by presenting fakes.

At the time of receiving the consignment, the product is verified against the photographs sent, the receipt details and the authenticity card/serial number etc. If a product is confirmed as counterfeit after it has been appraised, the product will be rejected and the Seller will be charged a penalty BHD 20.

Returns of items that are found to be inauthentic will not be arranged. The Seller has to pick from Dubai or Bahrain store directly or arrange pick up by a pre-authorized third party at their own cost. Any Seller found to be intentionally submitting fake, inauthentic, and counterfeit items will be banned from using the Site and their accounts will be deleted permanently. 

The products will be authenticated by Re-loved Luxury and if a product is sold, Re-loved Luxury will cover the authentication cost. If the product is not sold and returned to the Seller or if the product is proven to be counterfeit, the authentication cost will be paid by the Seller at the time of collecting the products as per the following:
